Within the scope of a project involving a total of six mill liner underlay cold rubber coating applications with diameters of 9150 mm, 6200 mm, and 4700 mm, on-site services were provided by CorCoat to Ersel Ağır Makine Sanayi.
Prefabricated rubber sheets with a thickness of 6 mm and a hardness value of Shore A 55 ±5, along with cold adhesive materials, were supplied and installed with precise workmanship and high quality standards. Approximately 2,000 m² of cold-vulcanized rubber coating was successfully completed without defects.
