At Solufert Kimya Inc. Potassium Unit, the existing HCl tanks’ concrete overflow pits and pump area floors were coated by CorCoat using anti-acid ceramic tiles, providing both material supply and workmanship services. Defects on the existing concrete surfaces were repaired with flexible mortar, and after leveling, ceramic tile installation was completed using resin-based mortar. Specially manufactured anti-acid ceramic tiles, suitable for contact with acidic and basic products, are widely used in anti-corrosive surface coating applications on concrete surfaces.
